Step 1: Visit the eGCA Portal

Go to the official DGCA eGCA website https://egca.gov.in

Click on "New User Registration"

Step 2: Enter Personal & Educational Details

Fill in your full name, date of birth, nationality, and email ID

Provide Aadhaar Card / Passport details

Enter 10+2 qualification details (Physics & Math mandatory)

Step 3: Upload Required Documents

Step 4: Verify Email & Mobile Number

After submitting the form, a verification link will be sent to your registered email

Enter the OTP received on your mobile number

Step 5: Generate eGCA User ID & Password

After verification, you will receive a unique eGCA User ID

Set up a secure password to access your account

Once registered, you can log in to eGCA anytime to check the status of your applications and training records
