Direct Answer

Yes. At Aero Pilots Academy, you are assigned one consistent mentor from your first ground class until you earn your CPL. Your mentor does not keep changing at every stage.

Details

Your mentor supports you through:

1. Ground classes and DGCA exam preparation
2. Choosing the right flight school
3. Flight training abroad or in India
4. Admission and related guidance
5. Your journey until you complete your CPL

This gives you continuity and helps the team understand your goals, progress, and concerns personally. Our founder, Mohit Panchal, is also directly involved in mentoring students, along with experienced instructors and mentors.

Conclusion

You will not be left to manage each stage alone or repeatedly explain your journey to new people. Aero Pilots Academy aims to provide consistent support from Day 1 to your CPL.
